Pakistan's very own, Mohammad Bilal Mehsud aiming high at future fights
One of the emerging boxing talent of Pakistan, Mohammad Bilal Mehsud seems to be optimistic of his future fights as he has been training everyday with hopes to hold high the nation's flag at international platform.
The super talented Bilal resides at Gulshan E Hadeed, Karachi have represented Pakistan in Wushu and Kickboxing events on the national scale several times alongside representing KCCA Zone IV as a fine leg-spinner at the Under-15, 17 and 19 levels' events.
The 23 year old Pakistani boxer, Bilal shot to fame on 20th July this year as he debut in a professional event that was WBC Asia Silver Super-Lightweight Title Fight (2019) which saw the defending champion, Geisler AP of Indonesia and Pakistan's emerging boxer, Mohammad Bilal fighting in a bout that thrillingly ended in a tie at Waringin Sports Hall Jayapura in Indonesia.
Although the fight ended in a draw, Pakistani boxer, Mohammad Bilal knocked down his Indonesian counterpart, twice, performing well enough but could not win the fight as the Indonesian referee judges declared the fight in a tie.
Bilal has requested a re-match as he is not satisfied with the outcome of the bout to have boxed so well in front of a jam-packed venue.
Before his first international fight, he held a record of total 6 fights, with 6 Wins - 5 by KO, 0 Losses and with no Draws. He was also the part of Pakistan’s kick-boxing squad which featured in the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, in 2017. Also stands as the South Asian Wushu Championships 2018 silver medalist.
The Karachi-based, South Waziristan’s boxer, Bilal also seems very fond of, premier professional boxer of Pakistan and former World#1 boxer, Mohammad Waseem as he considers him the role model and a sense of motivation for him.
