8th ESSA Lab Open National Tennis C'ship all set to begin tomorrow
Sindh Tennis Association is organizing the 8th ESSA Lab Open National senior and junior Tennis Championship from 31st Aug – 6th September at Modern Club, Karachi.
Sindh Tennis Association is organizing the 8th ESSA Lab Open National senior and junior Tennis Championship under the supervision of Pakistan Tennis Federation in collaboration with Pakistan Soft Tennis Association, PARA Sports, Modern Club from 31st Aug – 6th September at Modern Club, Karachi.
The grand championship is sponsored by Dr. ESSA Laboratory and Diagnostic Center which carries prize money of Rs 100000/-. Entries were closed on 29th August.
Events to be contested in the championship includes Junior 18 singles, Girls Under 18 singles, Boys 16 singles, Boys 14 singles, Boys 12 singles, Boys 10 singles, U18 Doubles, U16 Doubles, U14 Doubles, U12 Doubles, Men's Singles, Women Doubles and Wheelchair Singles.
The organisers have already received 160 entries in various events. According to seedings, Hasheesh Kumar is the top seed in Juniors U-18 and Osama Khan of Lahore is the top seed in U-16 Singles.
Taha Aman is the top seed in U-14 event while Bilal Asim of Lahore is the top seed U-12 event. Hasnain Ali Rizwan of Lahore is top seed and Hin U-10 singles matches which will start at 10am.
