LUMS Big 3 clinch first playoff berth over Dragons at Neighborhood Basketball League (NBL) 2019
LUMS Big 3 have won the first quarter final game against Dragons on 50-56 scoreline in their first playoff match played into the 2019 Neighborhood Basketball League (NBL) which is being held at Neighborhood Park Clifton, Karachi.

Saturday night marked the first ever playoff game for Neighborhood Basketball League (NBL) 2019 where 6th seed, LUMS Big 3 took on the 3rd seeded, Dragons who had their star players missing out this crucial match-up.
The winner of this match stood LUMS Big 3, though they had to struggle hard against their opponents because of their strong game play in the encounter as well but with great team work, LUMS Big 3 team was able to move on to compete against juggernaut, Bahrians in the semi-finals.
The contest remained close the whole way through with both teams fighting to stay alive. In the end, big shots from the LUMS boys helped them secure a spot in the Semis.
The NBL player of the game went to Mohammed Noman Azam (=from the winner team: LUMS Big3, for his 16 points and 8 rebounds while other honorable mentions include incredible performances from Asif ad Irtiza of the winning side who managed to score 12 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds and 10 points plus 10 rebounds, respectively.
While from the losing side, it was Nico who was able to score 18 points with 8 rebounds along with Ans who managed 12 baskets with 5 assists and 3 rebounds.
