Inaugural Islamabad Football Cup 2019 to kick start from 3rd August
Registrations are open for participation in the first Islamabad Football Cup which will roll into action from 3rd August and will continue till the next day at ICAS football ground in Islamabad.
The first ever Islamabad Football Cup is on the go to be organized for the football lovers of twin cities from where, several leading clubs are to enroll their teams to take part in this tournament.
Registrations are open for those clubs who are interested to field their teams in this mega tournament for which the Entry fee has been set as rupees 4,500. Entry Fee is must to be paid two days before the tournament starts and rupees 2,000 are to be paid before tournament to confirm your slot while the rest of the 2,500 rupees will have to be paid on the match day.
This tournament is offering an attractive prize money of Rupees 25,000 to the wining team while the runner up team will be awarded with Rupees 10,000 worth of cash prize. Best Players and Best Goal Keeper will also be given medals.
It is a 7 VS 7 knock out tournament in which there will be a 13 minutes half and will follow the standard football rules.
Each team is to be comprised of 7 players and 3 rolling subs are allowed. One player can only play for one team only or a player can play from other side only if the previous team he belonged to is eliminated. Teams eliminated in the first round can re-enter as well.
Organizers will not take any responsibility for any off the ground issues. Any team or player getting into a fight will be disqualified at that very moment. Red and Yellow card rule will be applied but will be applied only for the on-going match. If a team does not show up within 10 minutes of the given time,the other team will get a walkover.
