West Zone Blues & East Zone Blues face ties in LRCA Inter-Zonal Under-16 One-Day Cricket Tournament 2019
While North Zone Whites and East Zone Whites suffer falls against their opponents in the matches played yesterday into the 2019 LRCA Inter-Zonal Under-16 One-Day Cricket Tournament which is being held at different venues in Lahore.
The first encounter for the day was between West Zone Blues and East Zone Blues in which both team players performed so well that the match ended in a tie for both.
Centuries by Hamza Nawaz (131) and Huzaifa Javed (130) helped East Zone Blues team to pile up a total of 280-3 in 40 overs. However, Ali Zuraiz Asif’s 152 came as a fitting response to the big total as East Zone Blues managed to equal the scores with a loss of nine wickets.
While the second and third clashes witnessed North Zone Whites and East Zone Whites fall that came through their opponents: West Zone Blues and West Zone Blues Whites, respectively.
