Nazim Peshawar Ramadan Floodlight Tennis Championship 2019 move into final stage as Barkat ullah of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police will meet Yousuf Khalil of PAF in the Men’s singles final at Synthetic Courts, Peshawar.
In the Men’s doubles semifinal, Yousuf Khan and Shoaib overpowered Abbas Khan and Saqib Umar with the final score line of 6-4, 6-4 to move into the final of this Ramadan tournament.
In the second semi-finals, Barkat ullah and Ejaz Ahmed defeated Shakhar ullah and Asadullah with the final score line of 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.
Pakistan's no 1 and International player Kashan Omar of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa beat Hamza Roman of SGGL with the final score line of 6-5,7-4,7-6 in the semi-finals of Under 14.
International player Aziz khan thrashed Kamran Khalil by 2-0 with the final score line of 6-2, 6-4.
In the semi-finals of Men’s singles, Barkat ullah of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police overcome Afghanistan's number one player Asadullah, after a long and tough fight Barkat entered into the final with the score line of 7-6,6-5, 6-4.
Yousuf Khalil of PAF overpowered Abbad khan of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 7-2, 6-5, 6-3 in the second seminal of men singles. In the inter-media category, Muhammad Nadeem beat Saad bin Awais by 7-6, 5-4 while in the second semifinal Ijaz Ahmed defeated Nadir Khawja by 6-2, 6-3.
Secretary General of the Provincial Tennis Association, Omar Ayaz Khalid, graced the ceremony as chief guest. On this occasion, he said that participating in these championships has emerged in the game of sports because the first time in the field of Flood-Tennis Tennis held in Peshawar, not only in Peshawar but also the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the departments and the neighboring countries from Afghanistan. He expressed his determination that In sha Allah will be trying to make an interactive competition every year in every sport.
