81 Pakistani in Draft list of Hero Caribbean Premier League 2019

81 Pakistanis players have been included among the 536 players in Draft list for Caribbean Premier League 2019 which is slated to be held from 21st August to 27th September.

The Caribbean Premier League is a celebrated cricket tournament in the West Indies. Pakistan has been a major contributor in the T20 tournament. 81 Pakistanis players have been included among the 536 players in Draft list for Caribbean Premier League 2019. 

The seventh edition of the West Indies franchise-based T20 tournament is set to commence on August 21, with the final taking place on September 27 with the first round of matches being held in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana. It will then return to the two counties for the playoffs and final, with the majority of West Indies internationals available for the tournament.

Drafting of Hero Caribbean Premier League will take place in London on 22nd May.

The Caribbean Premier League commenced in 2013 and has grown in stature ever since. The event has gained also gained in popularity among the players as the number of cricketers showing their aspirations to participate in the much-awaited league has escalated.
