According to results made available here, Yuchen, who accounted for another Pakistani Abdul Raheem 4-2 in the last-16 round a day earlier, had a firm control on the match in the best of nine frames battle.
The Chinese produced three awesome half century breaks of 51, 56 and 63 in the first three frames to post an efficient 68-12, 96-15, 98-11, 77-51, 66-10 victory that earned him a place in the semi-final.
Reigning national under-21 champion Mohammad Saqib, the third Pakistani who featured in the event, was eliminated earlier failing to go beyond the group matches.
