Eaton CC earns a hard fought victory in 34th Karachi Gymkhana Omar Associates Ramzan Cricket Festival
Eaton CC defeated Millat CC by 27 runs in latest fixture of the 2019 Karachi Gymkhana Omar Associates Ramzan Cricket Festival at the Karachi Gymkhana (KG) cricket ground in Karachi.
Spinner Hasan Sardar bagged a four-four as Eaton Cricket Club earned the victory against Millat Cricket Club by 27 runs. Both the teams players were performing well throughout the game as it seemed impossible to predict before hand who would win because of the power, speed and stamina of the players from both sides was remarkable.
Chasing 183, Millat team boys were curtailed to 155-6 in the allotted 20 overs as off-spinner, Hasan returned splendid figures of 4-27 in four overs and also claimed the Man of the Match title.
Earlier, Shahzar Hasan slammed 67 from 44 balls with the aid of six fours and three sixes, while seasoned, Nadeem Javed contributed an unbeaten 54 off just 34 deliveries with four-fours and three sixes.
