SSGC & K-Electric stands successful in Osaka Naya Nazimabad Ramzan Cricket Cup 2019
Sui Southern Gas Companies (SSGC) and K-Electric teams defeated their respective rivals to earn wins in Osaka Naya Nazimabad Ramzan Cricket Cup 2019 which is being held at Naya Nazimabad cricket ground in Karachi.
Al-Rehman Foundation and K-Electric players were battling against each other to win the first game in which K-Electric players outplayed Al-Rehman Foundation team by nine wickets.
K-Electric team was simply unstoppable as upcoming paceman, Mohammad Musa Khan grabbed 3-19 to force Al-Rehman Foundation total just 100-9 before K-Electric raced 101-1 in 12.1 overs.
While the other game for the day had, Sui Southern Gas Companies (SSGC) and Port Qasim teams showing their skills on the pitch in which SSGC players had to struggle to etch their name on the victory as they were given tough time by their opponent team but at the end, Port Qasim team fell by nine wickets.
Port Qasim team reached 159-5 with Mohammad Waqas contributing a 32-ball 55 (four fours and three sixes) before SSGC rode on a belligerent 54 off 26 balls by Ahmed Shehzad, who hit six fours and two sixes, and Umar Amin’s unbeaten 67 (52 balls, five sixes and three fours) to post 160-1 in 15.5 overs.
