Pakistani MMA fighter, Babar Ali secures major win in Spartan Fight League (SFL) 2019
Pakistan's MMA prospect, Babar Ali defeated Afghan fighter, Nazak Mir via High Kick KO in the first round to claim the Spartan Fight League (SFL) 2019 Flyweight Belt in Alipur Chatha, Wazirabad.

Born in Karachi, but based out of Rawalpindi, Babar Ali's story was one of a young man who was looking to start gymnastics when he stumbled upon KAKS Fight Club in Naseerabad, Rawalpindi. His paths crossed with Coach, Nasir Khan Yousafzai who started KAKS with the sole purpose of giving the youth in the area the opportunity to focus their energy into something productive and create a family environment among his students.
Upon starting training at KAKS, Babar was a quick learner and hard worker and it was evident that he would one day become a force to be reckoned with - for Pakistan. It was only a matter of time before he started racking up victories and catching the eye of many people with his impact filled performance that was, his fight against Nazak Mir.
He dedicated this win to his country to which he said:
