Pakistan Hockey Federation announced the postponement of the 65th Air Marshal (Late) Muhammad Nur Khan National Hockey Championship.

“Due to some compelling circumstances, the premier hockey activity cannot be held as per the scheduled dates of April 20 to May 4 at Karachi”,PHF spokesman said.
He said the new dates will be announced soon.
Sindh Hockey Association (SHA) on behalf of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) is going to organize the mega hockey event which has been named after late Muhammad Nur Khan who is known as top hockey events organizer, administrator and the man behind Pakistan Hockey team’s glorious title winning achievements at world level.
He is also well respected in international hockey circles and forums due to his illustrious services and valuable contribution for the cause of hockey besides inventing the grand Champions Trophy Hockey event at international level.
According to the information provided by the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF's spokesperson, several top notch teams belonging to various departments of the country will feature in this National Championship and players from their respective team will be seen in action, competing against each other for the ultimate title win in the upcoming matches.
He also said that this championship will also help in identifying new hockey talent throughout the country and the names of technical officials for the smooth conduct of the event will be announced shortly.
