Pakistan Tennis ace Aisma ul Haq along partner Santiago González move into the semifinal of U.S. Men's Clay Court Championship from 8th to 14th April at Houston, TX, U.S.A.
Unseded pair of Aisam and Santiago got walkover Taylor Fritz & Reilly Opelka of US in the quarterfinal round. Now Aisam & Santiago will face top seeded US duo of Mike Bryan & Bob Bryan on 13th April (Saturday).
Earlier in the pre-quarterfinal round, PAK-Mexican pair overpowered Marcel Granollers & Matt Reid in straight sets by 2-0 in 1 hour 4 minutes struggle.
In the first set Aisam & Santiago gave hard time to Marcel & Matt as they easily broke first & third serve of opponents and didn’t allowed them to score points as PAK-Mexico pair breezed to 4-1 and kept playing aggressively to win the set at 6-1 in just 19 minutes.
PAK-Mexican continue playing aggressively as they broke the first serve of opponents and gave tough time with some good serving as they gave away no easy points on their serve and built pressure on the opposition which resulted as they won the set and the match at 7-5 in 45 minutes long battle.
