Islamabad all set to host Inter-Department Basketball Championship 2019
About seven (7) teams are to take part in Inter-Department Basketball Championship into the current year which is all set to begin from tomorrow at Hamidi Hall, Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad.
The Inter-Department Basketball Championship is being organized by Federal Basketball Association under the supervision of Pakistan Basketball Federation into the current year which will roll into action from tomorrow.
As confirmed by the organizing secretary of the event, Dr. Ouj-E-Zahoor, this championship will feature a total of about seven (7) teams belonging from the different departments of the country which includes:
1. Pakistan Army
2. Pakistan Air Force (PAF)
3. Pakistan Navy
4. Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA)
5. Railways
6. Police and
7. Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah
Players from the above mentioned departments will be seen in action, competing against each other so as to earn the ultimate title of the championship.
