B.T.E 5th Punjab Arm Wrestling Championship on 20th April

The 5th edition of Punjab Arm Wrestling Championship will be organized by Lahore Division Arm Wrestling Association under the auspices of Pakistan Arm Wrestling Federation (PAF) that will feature several talented arm wrestlers who will be participating this this one-day championship to show case their talent and compete against each other with giving their best so as to earn top honors in the championship. 

This championship will feature a total of about 8 district teams, wrestlers from whom will compete in both male and female categories of several different weight categories which includes: Sub Junior Boys, Sub Junior Girls, Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Youth Boys, Youth Girls, Senior Men, Senior Women, Senior Left Hand Men, Senior Master 40 years Right Hand Men and disabled. 

The entries and weightings will be taken on 19th April at BK Hall from 14:00 PM to 06:00 PM sharp. The championship will begin on 20th April in which the first rounds till the semi-finals will be conducted from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM and followed by a tea break, the finals and the title fight will be contested from 02:30 PM to 05:00 PM. 

Following are the Weight Classes:

1. Sub JUNIOR BOYS: (14-15 Years) Right Hand (born 2004 to 2005)

-45 KG, -55 KG and +55 KG.

2. Sub JUNIOR GIRLS: (14-15 Years) Right Hand (born 2004 to 2005)

-40 KG, -50 KG and +50 KG.

3. JUNIOR BOYS:* 18 Years Right Hand (born 2001 to 2003)

-50 KG, -60 KG, -70 KG and +70 KG

4. JUNIOR GIRLS:* 18 Years Right Hand (born 2001 to 2003)

-45 KG, -50 KG, -60 KG and +60 KG

5. YOUTH BOYS:* 21 Years Right Hand (born 1999 to 2000)

-55 KG, -65 KG, -75 KG and +75 KG

6. YOUTH GIRLS:* 21 Years Right Hand (born 1999 to 2000)

-50 KG, -60 KG, -70 KG and +70 KG

7. SENIOR (MEN) Right Hand (born 1998 & Less) 

-55 KG, -60 KG, -65 KG, -70 KG, -75 KG, -80 KG, - 85 KG, -90 KG, -100 KG, -110 KG and +110 KG.

8. SENIOR (WOMEN) Right Hand (born 1998 & Less) 

-50 KG, -55 KG, -60 KG, -65 KG, -70 KG, -80 KG and +80 KG.

9. SENIOR LEFT HAND (MEN)

-70 KG and +70 KG.

10. MASTER 40 YEARS Right Hand (MEN)

-70 KG and +70 KG.

11. DISABLED

-70 KG and +70 KG.

Birth certificates for Juniors and National ID Cards for Youth arm wrestlers are essential for age verification and no individuals entries are accepted as the federation will only accept the entries through Divisional Arm Wrestling Associations Affiliated with Punjab Arm Wrestling Association.
