Lashing Cricket Club beat All-Youngsters Cricket Club to win in ICA Cup 2019
Six (6) matches were played on the second day into the 2019 Islamabad Cricket Association Cup at six different venues within Islamabad.
Six more matches were played on the second day of Islamabad Cricket Association (ICA) Cup 2019 in which Lashing Cricket Club, Margalla Cricket Club, Al-Fateh Cricket Club, Youngster Cricket Club, Mehran Cricket Club and Al-Muslim Cricket Club stands as the winners as they defeated their respective opponents and earn their teams victory in the matches.
In the opening clash of the day, Lashing Cricket Club and All Youngsters Cricket Club teams were battling for the win but it was Lashing Cricket Club who scored 173-7 in 20 overs and in response, All Youngsters Cricket Club could score 161-9. Thus Lashing Cricket Club claimed the win of the match by 12 runs.
At Margalla Ground, Margalla Cricket Club crushed Imran Cricket Memorial by 139 runs with Khizer Qadeer proving to be their key players along with good team efforts, as he smashed an unbeaten 98. In the third encounter, Al-Fateh Cricket Club out scored King’s Gymkhana Cricket Club by 7 wickets at the Margalla Ground. Farhan Zafar was the one to earn his team the win by scoring the most, 58 runs.
