KFUA to hold 2019 Inter School Futsal Tournament from tomorrow
As many as 18 schools are to participate in this two-day Inter School Futsal Tournament 2019 which will roll into action from tomorrow and will continue till 24th March at PDA ground, Clifton in Karachi.
Karachi Friends United Association (KFUA) is all set to host the first ever Inter School Futsal Tournament into the current year that will feature matches for both girls and boys under the age category of 14 years.
Karachi Friends United Association (KFUA) believes that Sports develops a sense of friendliness and team spirit among the children which helps a student to polish his/her overall personality. This Tournament of KFUA will not only generate enthusiasm within students of different schools but also built an athletic relationship with a healthy competition.
There will be a total of about 12 teams of boys while 6 teams of girls thus the players from their respective teams will be seen competing against each other so as to win the ultimate title of the tournament.
Boys teams include: BVS Parsi School, Delsol School,Ag a Khan School Karimabad, Alpha High School, Haque Academy (A), Haque Academy (B), Aga Khan School Kharadar, Avicenna School, Hampton School, Lady Bird School, Nixor School and Reflections School.
While the teams participating in the Girls category are: Haque Academy, Aga Khan School Karimabad, Alpha High School, Aga Khan School Kharadar, Avicenna School, DAPS Sea View School.
The opening ceremony and first round of games will be held on 23rd March starting from 08:30 AM and will end on 12:30 PM of which Karachi Friends United Association's (KFUA), Mr. Hamid Mustafa, Mr. Tasleem Raja and Mr. Fareed Ali will be the honorable chief guest. Also, present will be Jawed Arab, Ex National Player and Chaudry Israr to give technical support to the tournament.
