Pakistan’s Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Furqan ‘The Lion‘ Cheema is confident of winning his professional debut bout against Daniel Hunter from UK in Combat Challenge at Cedar Court Bradford in United Kingdom.
Rawalpindi born Furqan is getting training in Bradford, England for many years. He has been on quite a run in his amateur career with a record of 9 wins and 1 loss and also boxing record of 2-0-0 (Win-Loss-Draw), said he does know about his opponent and expecting a good stand up fight, both fighters come from a striking background. Cheema's opponent is a former bare knuckle and boxing title holder who holds a record of 0-5-0 (Win-Loss-Draw), these two will be competing in the Welterweight division at the Combat Challenge.
The Cheemas are in involves in the combat scene from brothers to Father. They also own a professional and amateur boxing gym based in Dewsbury named KBW (Khalid Bin Waleed), which has produced many champions.
