Abu Bakar bags AHF Rising Player of the Year 2018 award
The Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) named Pakistan hockey player Abu Bakar Mahmood Rising Player Of The Year (2018).
The Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) named Pakistan hockey player Abu Bakar Mahmood Rising Player Of The Year (2018). Abu Baker shown exceptional improvement and drive throughout the year in the sport.
“It is an honor for me to get this award. I dedicate this award to my late father,” Abu Bakar said on his achievement.
The young player hopes to do well for Pakistan hockey team in future and bring some more laurels for his country.
“It’s a big achievement for my team and I will try to continue this form in future,” he further added said.
Abu Bakar said that Pakistan hockey team will perform well in their future assignments to improve their ranking. “The team will try to gain its lost pride as new players are coming in the limelight who have the ability to win matches,” he said.
