International Women Boxing Day Event 2019 on 8th March
Pugilists from various District Boxing Associations will compete in the upcoming fights of 2019 International Women Boxing Day Event which will be staged on 8th March at Ustad Ali Muhammad Qambrani Boxing Stadium (MABC) in Karachi.
All the Presidents and Secretaries of District Boxing Association and boxing clubs affiliated to Karachi South Boxing Association (KSBA) are informed by General Secretary Sindh Boxing Association (SBA), Muhammad Asghar Baloch that International Women Day Boxing Event 2019 will be organized by Sindh Boxing Association (SBA) for which they are to prepare their respective boxers who are to participate in this one-day boxing event.
The fighters to wish to participate must be under the age group of 18 years as the weight category set for the fights is Youth Class. The fights in the respective category will be contested in eight (8) different weight categories that includes: 48 KG, 51 KG, 54 KG, 57 KG, 60 KG, 64 KG, 69 KG and 75 KG.
Fighters in their respective categories will be seen competing against each other with all their power so as to earn top honors in the event.
Weight and Draws will be taken tomorrow starting from 03:00 PM and will continue till 05:30 PM in their respective clubs. Karachi Youth Women Boxing Team will be selected out of this event for Sindh championship which is to be held in the near future.
