Peshawar Zalmi, remained on top of the Points Table after defeating Islamabad United by four wickets in the 21th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019 on Thursday has consolidated their position by gaining two more points.
They have now obtained 10 points overall with a net run rate of 0.852 from their seven matches, winning five and losing two matches in the fourth edition of PSL.
They are followed by Quetta Gladiators (eight points with an NRR of 0.085), while Islamabad United stayed at third spot (eight points with an NRR of 0.12)
Quetta Gladiators improved position by defeating Multan Sultans to capture second spot at the points table. It was their fifth victory in their seventh match. They have so far won five and lost two matches with ten points having a net run rate of 0.852.
While Lahore Qalandars remained at fourth position with six points from seven matches, while Karachi Kings are also placed fifth after an improved performance. They also secured six points while Multan Sultans went down to sixth place at the points table.
