NBP Ladies National Tennis 2019 move into quarterfinal stage

Ladies National Tennis Tournament is being played at PTF Tennis Complex,Islamabad.
Today, quarterfinals of Ladies Singles are scheduled to be played while quarterfinals of Ladies Singles and Semifinals of Ladies Doubles, Girls U-18, Girls U- 14 and Girls U-10 will be played today.
Earlier, On second day of the tournament Zoha Asim shown her energy against experienced Mahvish in match which lasted for more than 3 hours.
Zoha won first set by 7-5 but lost second won at 4-6. Mahvish was 4-1 up in third set Zoha bounced back to claim the decisive set by margin of 7-5.
In other matches of the second round of ladies singles, Sara Mansoor, Sarah Mahboob, Nida Akram, Esha Jawad, Shimza Naz, Meheq Khokhar and Mariam Mirza remained victorious and moved to quarterfinals.
In Ladies Doubles category, pair of Meheq Khokhar and Zoha Asim defeated pair of Fatima Syed and Syed Shiza. Sarah Mahboob and Sara Mansoor won their match against Shahida Farooq and Bakhtawar Haider without any noted resistance from their opponents.
In Girls U-18 second round matches, Amna Ali, Zoha Asim, Shimza Naz and Nida Akram won their matches and reached semifinals of the category. Amna Ali, Zainab Ali, Hania Minhas and Farah Shah won their matches of Girls U-14. In Girls U-10, Mahnoor, Esha and Hania managed to reach next round.
