The Pakistani youngster tried to tire his opponent and hit well in the decision-making places as he simply toyed with Curtis and kept him under tremendous pressure right throughout to win the first game by 11-6.
The winner of 2016 Malaysian Tour IV Championship Ahsan faced fair bit of resistance against English player but 20-years old Ahsan showed top quality squash to win the second game at 11-9.
In the third game where both players tried hard to rule the day after the tough battle Ahsan won the game by 15-13 and move into the quarterfinal of $5,500 Savcor Finnish Open 2019 at Mikkeli Finland.
Now, Ahsan will face Sergio Garcia Pollan of Spain today (1ST Feb) at 9:00pm (PST).
