Islamabad to host Subh-e-Nau Ladies National Tennis Tournament from 12th February
Islamabad will host the Subh-e-Nau Exclusive Ladies National Tennis Tournament from 12th February 2019 at Pakistan Sports Complex, Tennis courts, Islamabad.
Islamabad will host the Subh-e-Nau Exclusive Ladies National Tennis Tournament from 12th February 2019 on Hard Courts at PSB Tennis Courts Islamabad aiming at promotion of women sports in the country.
Chairperson Subh-e-Nau (SN) Shahida Kausar Farooq said that SN has successfully hosted many exclusive women tennis events in the country and we are hopeful that this will be another successful event. She said that this tournament will encourage new female players to come forward and take part in competitive tennis events.
Following are the Event to be contested:
1. Ladies Singles
2 Ladies Doubles
3. Girls Juniors U-18
4. Girls Juniors U-14
5. Girls U-10
Shahida announced that prize money for this event will be 2 hundred 50 thousand while outstation players will be given daily allowances as well. Juniors’ players will also receive economy class train fares as per Pakistan Tennis Federation rules.

Farooq said that interested players can send their entries to Tournament Referee Shahzad Akhtar Alvi at 0333-5158971 or Subh-e-Nau office at 0321-7059269. Last date for the sending entries is Monday 11th February 2019.
According to the tournament Director Mehwish Chishti, the championship will provide a better chance to the players to show case their skills.
