National Clay Shooting Championship 2019 starts today
About 60 shooters are to take part in this six-day National Clay Shooting Championship 2019 which is all set to begin from today and will continue till 27th January at Pakistan Navy’s Shooting Ranges in Karachi.
Sindh Rifle Association is organizing the six-day National Clay Shooting Championship which is all set to roll into action from today and will continue till 27th January.
This championship is featuring about 60 shooters who will show case their best of shooting skills on the target accurately to achieve top honors in the championship.
This championship will be held at Pakistan Navy’s shooting ranges in Karachi and shooters from Pakistan Air Force, Navy, Army and Islamabad are participating this championship.
Clay Shooting is also known as Clay Target Shooting, and formally known as Inanimate Bird Shooting, is the art of shooting a firearm at special flying targets, known as clay pigeons or clay targets. A target may be called a "bird", a hit may be referred to as a "kill", and a missed target as a "bird away"; the machine which projects the targets is known as a "trap".
