SSGC records 15th win in Pakistan Premier Football League 2018/19
SSGC convincingly defeated Navy 3-0 in the yesterday match played into the 12th Pakistan Premier Football League which is being held at KMC, KPT and KB stadiums in Karachi.
The match played yesterday witnessed Sui Southern Gas Companies (SSGC) team’s easy win over Navy team on a 3-0 score-line.
The losing team players were seen playing defensively in the entire first half but as the second half started, they were not able to handle the ball possession on too many occasions, leaving SSGC team powerful to which the players stole the ball with ease and ruthlessly surge forward to get the better of a ragged losing team’s defence.
Saad Ullah scored twice benefiting the winning team first, just after the opening of second half at 50th then in the 78th minute. Zakir, then jus after one minute to the second goal, slotted the third goal for SSGC and team altogether wrapped up the win with netting 3 goals over the opponent’s none as they completed a miserable game falling to SSGC football team.
SSGC now stands at the top in the current point table of the league with a total of 15 winnings out of their 25 matches played into the league. While Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Army stands on the second and third spots with 13 and 12 of their total wins, respectively.
