Pakistani students to feature in Students Olympic International Games 2019-2020
Students Olympic International Games 2019-2020 are all set to begin from 18 to 21 January in which Pakistani students will also be participating. The games are to be staged at Johor Bahru, in Malaysia.
Teams comprising of Pakistani students will be competing in four (4) major sports at the Students Olympic International Games 2019-2020 under the age bracket of 19 and 17 years of age.
The four (4) sports include: Throwball, Futsal, Badminton and Basketball.
The training camps for Throwball and Basketball have already been set up at the Hampton School Defense near Zia Ud Din University in Karachi where students are polishing their skills under the supervision of Throwball coach Adnan Tareen and Abu Sufyaan.
While Ivan Fedrick will train the students for Basketball whereas Shahnawaz will be heading the Futsal camp while Jaffar Ali will be the Badminton coach.
The camps for Futsal and Badminton will be set up at the Mini Sports Complex in Nazimabad also in Karachi and these camps will continue till January 16th.
