Muhammad Bilal beat India’s Sparsh 4-1 in IBSF 6 Red World Snooker Championship 2018

Pakistan foremost snooker player Muhammad Bilal and Muhammad Majid Ali defeated their respective opponents in their opening fixtures of 6 Red World Championship 2018 at Marsa Alam, Egypt.

Pakistan top cueist Muhammad Bilal and Muhammad Majid Ali continue their march towards glory as they won their opening fixtures of 6 Red World Championship 2018 at Marsa Alam, Egypt. 

33-years-old Bilal overpowered Sparsh Pherwani of India by 4-1 to win their opening encounter of Group match where Sparsh put a shiny start as he won the first frame by 10-39.

Former Pakistan’s National Champion Bilal started playing aggressively and made his intentions clear from the second frame itself where he sieged Sparsh and leaving no chance for him to recover as Bilal seals the second frame by 68-0 with a break of 49 points.

Bilal showed some potting skills and captured the next frame with a break of 58 points while Indian didn’t score any point. Bilal continued with his tactics and constantly besieged Sparsh to win next two frames 49-0 and 60-22(32) to register 4-1 win.

In another encounter, Pakistan’s Muhammad Majid Ali blazed all his guns and placed many good snookers to controlled entire match in his way to routed out Hazem Farid of Egypt by 4-0.

25-years-old Majid was in brilliant form and exhibiting quality potting to score almost from everywhere. Majid countered his opponent very well and maintained his lead to win their opening encounter with scores of 42-22, 47-0, 57-01, 56-0(56).
