Waleed, Mubashir, Shayan, Saad win gold medals in Judo
Pakistan Blind and Para Judo Association organised the First Para Judo Championship in collaboration with Sindh Blind and Para Judo Association at Dewa Complex on Sunday.
As many as 50 judokas participated in various weight categories which included 40kg, 50kg, 60kg and open.
Muhammad Ali, Secretary Pakistan Blind and Para Judo Association, and Tariq Ali, Sports Director Pakistan Ju-Jitsu Federation, also witnessed the event.
They appreciated the skills shown by young deaf judokas.
In 40kg, Waleed Patel got gold, Mudassir Imran claimed silver, while Abdullah Sohail bagged bronze medal.
In 50kg, Mubashir Rimal picked gold, Hamza Nawazish claimed silver, while Shayan Memon captured bronze.
In 60kg, Shayan Shah picked gold, Talha Ahmed claimed silver, while Hammad Fasih clinched bronze.
In open weight, Saadula Ali got gold, Mohammad Ahmed Khan picked silver, while Zubair Kanju claimed bronze medal.
