As many as 28 foreign players are participating in the ITF Pakistan Junior Tennis Championships-II to be held at PTF Complex in Islamabad from November 12-17.

According to the acceptance list, 19 boys and nine girls from other countries have entered their names for the second edition of the championships.
Top seed Ivan Penev of Bulgaria, second seed Arya Roghani of Iran, 3rd seed Huzaifa Abdul Rehman of Pakistan, fourth seed Muhammad Nauman Aftab of Pakistan and fifth seed Aryan Esmaeilpourf Allahi of Iran received byes in the first round of boy’s singles.
While top seed Meshkatolzahra Safi of Iran, second seed of Pakistan’s Mahin Qureshi and third seed Mina Toglukdemir of Turkey got byes in the girl’s singles first round.
Earlier, top seed Ivan Penev of Bulgaria annexed the boy’s singles title of the ITF Pakistan Junior Tennis Championship (I) 2018 by defeating highly spirited 3rd seed Huzaifa Abdul Rehman of Pakistan in a well contested three sets final by 2-1.
