Allama Iqbal Day Boxing Tournament on November 09th
Pugilists will compete in 4 different weight categories in this one-day boxing tournament which is scheduled to be held on 09th November at Ustad Muhammad Sattoo Boxing Stadium in Karachi.
Sindh Boxing Association (SBA) in collaboration with Karachi South Boxing Association is organizing yet another exciting boxing event on the birth occasion of Muslim philosophical thinker of modern times; Allama Iqbal.
As announced by Secretary SBA, Asghar Baloch, the tournament is open to boys only as the fights will be contested only for male category of under-14 years age. Pugilists belonging from their respective clubs and teams will compete in 9 different weight classes of 28 kg, 30 kg, 32 kg, 34 kg, 36 kg, 38 kg, 40 kg, 42 kg and 44 kg.
The fighters and boxers who wish to participate in this tournament will have their weights and draws taken on Tuesday 08th November from 03:00 to 05:00 PM at (LLWC) Chakiwara Lyari in Karachi. The tournament will begin its proceedings from 03:00 PM sharp.
