Pakistan’s Saadi Abbas start 24th World Karate Championship with 2 wins
Pakistan Karate foremost player Saadi Abbas won two fights in 24th World Karate Championship 2018 from 6th to 11th November at Madrid, Spain.
The 24th World Karate Championship 2018 continues in full swing in Madrid City of Spain from 6th to 11th November. Players from 140 countries are participating in the mega championship while Pakistan’s Karate foremost player Saadi Abbas is representing Pakistan in the 6-days long event.
Saadi showed incredible performance in the world championship through his spindled fitness and by marvelous techniques he won two fights in the ongoing World Karate Championship 2018 at Madrid Spain.
In his first fight, Saadi thrashed Indian opponent while in second fight he overpowered Palestine’s player by 2-0 in male 75kg weight category.
He’s had a tremendous karate career and remains unbeaten in Inter Clubs, Districts, Divisional, Provincial and National Karate events.
He proved himself when he took the gold medal in the 2011 Asian Karate Championship in China and became both the first Pakistani and South Asian who achieved this title in the history of karate.
After this historical achievement, Abbas has been awarded the best player of Pakistan in 2011 among all sports, including cricket. And that’s not all — He has achieved gold medals in the Commonwealth Karate Championship and U.S. Open.
Pakistani karate competitor Saadi Abbas Jalbani won a silver medal at Islamic solidarity games in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2017.
