K-Electric at 2nd spot after winning against PCAA in 12th Pakistan Premier Football League
PCAA loss put K-Electric through on 2nd spot in the point table of 2018 Pakistan Premier Football League which is now being played at Punjab Stadium in Lahore.
K-Electric defeated Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority football team by scoring 3 goals and leaving PCAA empty handed at the end of the scheduled time.
K-Electric team produced the classier football play as it was no surprise when they took the lead through Muhammad Riaz who put the gloss on the display as he slotted the ball past the advancing opponent’s goalkeeper in just the 4th minute into the game.
Abayomi Wilson managed to push his close-range effort onto the post in the 30th minute making it a consecutive two goals for K-Electric team. And Muhammad Rasool grabbed the spotlight coming off with a stunning goal added to the lead just after 5 minutes and made it a 3-0 victory for his team.
Although PCAA team was promoted via a sudden playoff before the start of the season but the team is nowhere near in the top 10 list of the point table and with this loss of the game the team stands on 12th whereas the winning team, K-Electric is on the way up 2nd spot in the updated point table of the league.
