19 Pakistani Judokas to feature in Commonwealth Judo Championships 2018

PJF has named a 19-member squad for Commonwealth Judo Champ¬ionships 2018 which are scheduled to be held from 4 to 11 November in Jaipur, India.

This will be the first ever full-fledged participation of Pakistan in an international event which will feature competitions in 4 different categories and Judokas from all around the world will fight in both male and female categories for the top honors in the championships.

The fights will be contested in the following categories:
1. Masters
2. Seniors
3. Juniors and
4. Cadet

Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) vice-president, Masood Ahmed said that it would be for the first time that Pakistani judokas would compete in the Masters category of an international event. As PAK Army’s Talib Hussain, Navy’s Imran Khan and WAPDA’s Jamil Khokhar will contest the Masters category,”

5. Mohammad Soahib (Seniors)

8. Adnan Khan Durrani (Juniors)
9. Mohammad Usman (Juniors)
10. Mohammad Tariq Shah (Juniors)
11. Ihsan Ullah (Cadet)

13. Qaisar Khan (Cadet, Juniors and Seniors)
