7 Pakistani named for 8th Asian Shotgun and 11th Air-gun C’ships
Seven Pakistani shooters will take part in the 8th Asian Shotgun and 11th Air-gun Championships which are scheduled to be held in Kuwait from 2nd to 12th November.
Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) is organizing the 8th edition of Asian Shotgun and the 11th edition of Asian Air-gun championships after the successful conduction of their previous editions.
The ASC Executive Committee has granted the hosting rights to Kuwait Shooting Federation after UAE Shooting and Archery Federation had apologized from hosting above mentioned championships.
These Asian championships will be held from 2nd to 12th November 2018 at Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Complex in Kuwait.
As per the entry list, following are the Pakistani shooters participating in these championships:

Javaid S Lodhi Executive Vice President of National Rifle Association of Pakistan (NRAP) said,“This is quite encouraging that women are showing interest in shotgun events,”
He added that NRAP has sponsored only Usman and the rest of the players are either self-sponsored or sponsored by their respective organisations. He also said that Farrukh and Zafar might withdraw from this championship.
