Al-Qaim FC celebrates win by naming the trophy of Islamabad Peace Football Tournament
Al-Qaim FC outplays Karwan FC by 8-7 on penalty shoots to claim the trophy of Islamabad Peace Football Tournament which was being played at NIH Al-Qaim Football Ground Chak Shehzad, Islamabad.
Grand Finale of this long football action in Islamabad took place at NIH AL-Qaim Football Ground Chak Shehzed. Two teams that made it to the final of the Islamabad Peace Football Tournament were the hosts Al-Qaim Football Club and Karwan Football Academy that were seen in action competing against each other for the trophy of the tournament.
The match started with a great amount of precision and accuracy as players from both the teams were very much successful in keeping control on the ball as well as launching themselves at the ball creating scoring opportunities several times but were unable to get successful in scoring any goal at all till the end of the scheduled time.
Penalty shootout therefore determined the outcome of the final game in which the host club played outstandingly and finished their last encounter winning against their opponents on a close call of 8-7 score-line.
Noman, Khawish, Yasir, Sami, Hamza, Ahsan, Rashid and Mehmood were the players who cruised their team towards the victory of the tournament each netting one goal respectively for the winning team.
The Final proved as a determined performance of Al-Qaim Football Club’s players as they named the tournament to their side.
From all over Islamabad, various football clubs were seen in action competing against each other in the matches to win the ultimate prize as well as the trophy of the tournament.
