Karwan Football Club propels into the final stage of Islamabad Peace Football Tournament 2018
Karwan Football Club seals the win against Elite Football Club by 3-0 and qualified for the final stage of Islamabad Peace Football Tournament 2018 which being played at NIH Al-Qaim Football Ground Chak Shehzad in Islamabad.
Karwan Football Club players exhibited excellent performance and thrashed the opponent Elite Football Club on a 3-0 score-line in the first semi-final of Islamabad Peace Football Tournament 2018.
Karwan Football Club lunched themselves into the game with an aggressive form taking the lead through their opener for the match, Sohail who made an exquisite effort and opened the scoring line for his team. Daniyal Khan also proved to be of great advantage for the winning team as he picked up a second booking against no goals from the opponent’s side.
Karwan Football Club’s players were determined to progress and their talented player Ashfaq made sure to earn a good enough victory for his club through netting yet another goal which ended up as the last and winning goal of the match. Elite FC’s side however, failed to turn their attempts into goals and was not able to score a single goal throughout the game.
The match was played under the supervision of Referee Chaman Khan in which Karwan FC stunned the opponent team’s players by finishing the first semi-final with a 3-0 lead and booked the final place into the tournament.
Today, the host Al-Qaim Football Club and Gangal Football Club will battle for the final place of the tournament.
