SNGPL and PAF FC victorious in Pakistan Premier Football League 2018

SNGPL beat Ashraf Sugar Mills FC and PAF defeats WAPDA and register wins in Pakistan Premier Football League 2018 which is being held in Qila Qasim Bagh, Multan.

 
SNGPL Football Club made Ashraf Sugar Mills FC suffer the loss of the match as the players from the winning team were successful in claiming a convincing 2-0 victory. They did not face any pressure from their opponents throughout the game as the opponent team was not able to goal a single time into the game. Shahzeb Masood and Muhammad Shoaib were the players who contributed in the win for their team through scoring 1 goal each in the second half of the game.

As for the losing Football Club, their performance did not prove to be on mark as the players were not able to net any goal at all despite having created several chances. The players were not able to ensure the win for their team and were kept under pressure as the winning team did not lose control of the ball till the end of the match with scoring 2 goals for their win. Muhammad Adnan from Ashraf Sugar Mills FC was the solo footballer to receive warning for foul play.

Whereas in the second match of the day, PAK CAA Football Club competed with SSGC Football Club in which none of the teams were able to enjoy a successful win as both the teams performed well with excellent foot-work and great defence not letting each other score till the end of the match. Thus the match ended as a thrilling 0-0 draw.

However, the other matches played on the 5th day of the League, WAPDA FC lost to PAF Football Club by a 0-1 score-line through Mansoor who made sure the win of the match for his team.

While the second match of the day ended by a goalless draw between Afghan and K-Electric Football Clubs. Abdul Rahim of Afghan FC was the most valuable player who secure the win for his team through slamming the ball twice into the opponent’s net.

K- Electric footballer Muhammad Rasool took advantage through a superb strike after dribbling past several opponents and netted the first goal for his club in the 84th minute and Muhammad Dawood also made the stunning late score capping the second goal in the dying moments of the game.

Today, KRL FC will face Muslim FC at 08:00 PM and Baloch FC Noushki will compete with KPT Football Club at 10:15 PM in Qila Qasim Bagh Stadium, Multan.
