Pakistan Premier Football League 2018 to kick off from September 25
16 teams have been finalized to feature in the 2018 Pakistan Premier Football League which is all set to begin from 25th September in Multan, Lahore and Karachi.
Pakistan Premier Football League makes a return after more than three years long gap which will now feature 16 teams that will be seen battling against each other in the upcoming matches. Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has increased the number of participating teams from 12 to 16 to make the event more competitive and to give more teams and players a chance to be a part of Pakistan top division.

2. WAPDA Football Club
3. National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Football Club
4. Muslim Football Club
5. K-Electric Football Club
6. Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Football Club
7. Pakistan Army Football Club
8. Pakistan Navy Football Club
9. Sui Southern Gas Company Football Club
10. Ashraf Sugar Mills Football Club
11. Pakistan Civil Aviation Football Club
12. SNGPL Football Club
13. Baloch Football Club Noushki
14. Pakistan International Airline (PIA)
15. Karachi Port Trust Football Club
16. Afghan Football Club Chaman
The primary football competition of Pakistan is back after 2014 Football League in which K-Electric was crowned the winner. The first phase of the league is said to be played in Multan and Lahore while the second phase will then begin in Karachi.
National Challenge Cup 2018 Winner PAF and PPL 2014 Winner K-Electric will play the opening match of Pakistan Premier Football League 2018 on 25th September at 09:00 PM while the second match will between WAPDA and Pakistan Army at 11:00 PM in Qila Qasim Bagh, Multan.
