13-member Pakistan Powerlifting Team to participate in the 11th Asian Bench Press Championship
Total 13 men and women Powerlifters from Pakistan will participate in the 11th edition of Asian Bench Press Championship which is being held at Dubai Club in Dubai.
Iran played host to 2013 Asian Powerlifting Championships while Oman organized the 2015 Asian Bench Press Championship, making the UAE a third nation from West Asia to conduct a continental competition this time. The week-long competition is opened all age groups including juniors, sub-juniors, open and masters for men and women. A total of 600 men and women from 23 Asian countries are seen fighting for the medal gain in the event.
