Sajid Zia seals the win in Defence Day Cycling Race 2018 which was held in Lahore.
The Educator’s Elite Campus along with Punjab Cycling Association organized a one-day cycling race in the honor of Defence Day 2018. The event started from Johar Town Main Boulevard route and Secretary Punjab Cycling Association, Shehzada Butt inaugurated the race.
Sajid Zia of Lahore proved his speed and skill altogether and through a hard fought victory named the title of Defence Day Cycling Race 2018. Faislabad’s Waheed-Ul-Hassan earned the second spot while Saim Hayat ended up at third position.
President Punjab Cycling Association, Moazzam Khan distributed the prizes among the winners of the race and thanked all the officials who worked hard in the conduction of this event and making it a success. He addressed all the participants to keep on the hard work and to participate in more up-coming events with the same sports-man spirit.
He also said that the reason for this cycling race was to honor those army officers who have sacrificed themselves so that we can live in peace in our homeland; Pakistan.
