Huzaifa Ibrahim win Gold in Japan Junior Squash Open
Pakistan’s Mohammad Huzaifa Ibrahim Akifumi Murakmi of Hong Kong by 3-0 to clinched the U-15 title at the Japan Junior Open International Squash Championship in Yokohama.
Pakistan’s Huzaifa Ibrahim won U-15 title of Japan Junior Squash Open (AJSS Silver Event) in Tokyo, Japan, this is third consecutive victory of Huzaifa Ibrahim for this title.
Huzaifa was an under-13 player but was placed in this event in a higher age category he played marvelously to prove his mettle in the match as he defeated Akifumi Murakmi of Hong Kong in Japan Junior Open international Squash Championship 2018 to record a 3-0 victory with a final score line of 11-0, 11-5, 11-7 in the summit clash to claim his tenth international title so far.
“This is very encouraging that Huzaifa has started winning tough events,” said Usama. He further added Huzaifa, whose department is Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), trained hard for this event. “We are planning to send him to different international events,” added Usama.
Huzaifa is top player in Asia in under-11 category. He has won Doha Open and Qatar Open this year.
