Owais Rasheed to shine in Korea Junior Squash Open
Pakistan’s Owais Rasheed will participate in the under-19 category Pool A in Korea Junior Squash Open schedule to be held in Seoul, South Korea, from July 20-23.
Korea Squash Federation is organizing the Korea Junior Open under the supervision of Incheon Squash Federation in Seoul, South Korea, from July 20-23.The 11th Korea Junior Open is an AJSS Silver event where all junior participants will receive ASF ranking points.
Owais Rasheed is top seed in under-19 category in Korea Junior Squash Open and will play against Jung Won Kim of South Korea in his first match in pool A on July 20(Friday) at 7:40 am (PST).In the second match of pool A Owais will face Suk Jin Kim of South Korea on July 21(Saturday) at 9:20 am (PST).
Owais, a talented 18-year-old from Karachi showed his potential in Slovenian Junior Open 2018 as he won gold medal with 115-69 points at Konex Center Ljubljana, Slovenia and another gold in Falcon PSA Squash Cup 2018 with 149-63 points at Falcon Club, Minsk, Belarus.
