Parbat, Hania, Zubair seals Westbury Open Tennis titles
Parbat Kumar defeated Vinod Das to win the men’s singles title and Hania Naveed clinch the ladies singles while Zubair wins U-17 Singles title in the 16th Westbury Open Tennis Ranking Championship at the Karachi Gymkhana courts.
Rasheed Jan Muhammad Chief Executive, Westbury Group graced the concluding ceremony as the chief guest and distributed the prizes among the winners. President Sindh Tennis Association Khawaja Saeed Hai, Tournament Director Khalid Rehmani, Qudsia Raja, and other tennis officials were also present there.
Parbat Kumar played outstandingly as won the Men’s singles title.In the under-17 final, Zubair Raja was stretched to limits by young Mujahidullah Khatak before he won the title. In the under-9 category, Ahsan Ahmed outplayed Nael Mirza by 8-3.
