Pakistan to feature in Asian Cadet Wrestling Championship
Pakistani Wrestlers Inayat Ullah and Muhammad Asad are participating in the Asian cadet wrestling championship to be held from 10th to 13th May at Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Uzbekistan Wrestling Association is hosting the Asian cadet wrestling championship 2018 at Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The championship will serve as qualification tournament for the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in the respective weight categories.
The championship will hold competition for different weight categories including 45kg, 48kg, 51kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 71kg, 80kg, 92kg and 110kg.
Pakistan’s wrestler Muhammad Asad will participate in 60kg category, while the 17 year old Inayat Ullah will take part in 65kg weight catergory. Pakistan Wrestling Federation has nominated Ghulam farid as coach for the Championship who will accompany the wrestlers for the championship.
