Asadullah shines in SNGPL All Pakistan Tennis Championship
In Men’s Single Asadullah defeated eight seeded Abdal Haider by 2-0 and qualify for pre quarterfinals of SNGPL All Pakistan Tennis Championship at PLTA Tennis Courts Bagh-e-Jinnah Lahore.
In Men’s single total fourteen matches played where unseeded player from Peshawar Asadullah outplayed the eighth seeded Abdal Haider by 2-0. Peshawar’s player played marvelously as he did not allowed his opponent to play freely and won the first set by 6-4. In the second set Asadullah did not permitted Abdal to score a point and won the set by huge margin of 6-1 to qualify for pre quarterfinals while all other top seeded players also qualify for pre quarterfinals.
On the opening day of SNGPL All Pakistan Tennis Championship Deputy Managing Director SNGPL Amir Tufail graced the ceremony as chief guest at PLTA Tennis Courts Bagh-e-Jinnah Lahore. At this moment President Sports Cell Sohail Gulzar, Gen Secretory Ashraf Nadeem, Sports officer Muhammad Haroon, Secretory PLTA Rashid Malik, Cheif refree Arif Qureshi, Faheem Siddique and lot of families and tennis lovers also witness the action pack day.
More than 200 players from all over Pakistan are participating in this mega tournament which includes fifteen events comprises Men`s Single, Ladies Single, Men’s Doubles, Boys Under 18 singles and doubles, Girls Under 18, Boys Under 16, Boys Under 14 singles and doubles, Boys Under 12 Singles and doubles, Boys Under 10, Men’s 40 Plus, Men’s 50 plus and men’s 60 Plus.
