CNS Amateur Golf Cup 2018 tees off today
More than 300 golfers across the country are participating in the 12th Chief of the Naval Staff Amateur Golf Cup 2018 from 27th to 29th April at the Margalla Greens Golf Course.
Commander North, Patron Pakistan Navy Golf for the North region Sh. Imran Nasir announced that more than 300 golfers across the country having the handicap up to 12 strokes will participate in the event.
He added the main match would be played among amateurs over 54 holes during the three days that is 18 holes each day from April 27-29 and amateurs with handicap 12 and below will participate in the match.
Seniors match would be played over 36 holes on April 27 and 28 and seniors over 55 years and with handicap 18 and below are eligible to take part in the match. Junior’s match would be played over 18 holes on April 28. Juniors under the age of 16 with handicap 24 and below are eligible.
The ladies match would be played over 18 holes on April 29 with golfers with handicap 30 and below eligible to participate. Nasir said that the main trophy will be given to the best amateur in the net category.
