Pakistan Grappling federation is organizing the Pakistan Grappling Challenge on 29th April at Amir Khan Boxing Hall of Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad.
Pakistan Grappling federation is organizing the Pakistan Grappling Challenge on 29th April at Amir Khan Boxing Hall of Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad. There will be gi and no gi divisions in line with IBJJF weights and rules while the competitors will be weighed in with the gi on between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Following are the weight divisions of the gi Under 57.5 kg, 64 kg, 70 kg, 76 kg, 82.3 kg, 88 kg and Over 88 kg.
Rules for the competition for white and colored belts for gi and no gi divisions are as follows:

| To get points you must hold position for 3 seconds. | |
