Tayyab Rauf wins National Junior Squash Championship
Tayyab Rauf of Punjab defeated Hamaza of KPK and wins under 15 final in First Punjab National Junior Squash Championship 2018 at Punjab Squash Complex Lahore.
Total three fixtures were played on the final day of First Punjab National Junior Squash Championship 2018 at Punjab Squash Complex Lahore. The CEO of Diamond Paint Mir Shoaib Ahmed graced the ceremony as chief guest along President of Punjab Squash Association Dr. Nadeem Muktar.
In the under 15 final, Tayyab Rauf of Punjab faced hard resistance against Hamaza of KPK as both tried hard to win the tough competition but match ended in Tayyab’s favor by 3-0 with the score line of 11-6, 11-9, 13-11 in 30 minutes struggle.
In under 13 final Usman Nadeem of Punjab outplayed Anus Bukhari of Punjab in tough and thrilling fixture by 3-2 with a score line of 13-11, 9-11, 12-14, 11-7, 11-1 in 41 minutes five set game. In under 11 final Abdullah Nawaz of KPK trashed Abdullah Nadeem Punjab by3-1 with score of 11-7, 11-8, 5-11, 11-8 and won the title.
