Nabi Yousaf Memorial Professionals Golf Challenge tee off today
The Royal Palm Golf and Country Club is organizing the 2nd Nabi Yousaf Memorial Professional Golf Challenge Cup 2018 from 13th-15th April at the Royal Palm Golf Course, Lahore.
The Vice President Operations of Royal Palm, Ahmed Iqbal Saeed in a press conference at the Royal Palm Golf Club lauded that Royal Palm Golf and Country Club Management supported by the Nabi Yousaf Family is organizing the 2nd Nabi Yousaf Memorial Professional Golf Challenge Cup 2018 at the Royal Palm Golf Course.
Each day the participating competitors will play 18 holes and over three days this will add up to a championship of 54 holes. The professional who emerges with the best gross score after three rounds (54 holes) will be the winner of the Nabi Yousaf Memorial Professionals Golf Challenge Cup 2018 and will also be entitled to a lucrative cash prize.
Total eight-six professional golfer will compete in the championship and after two rounds, a cut will be enforced and the top 40 professionals with the best scores will be eligible to play on the last two days of the championship and those with less accomplished scores will stand weeded out.
Pakistan’s foremost golfers including M.Shabbir Iqbal, M.Munir, Hamza Amin,M.Tariq ,Anser Mehmood and Talib Hussain will participate in the championship. Col Jameel announced that Nabi Yousaf Golf Championship will be the first open tournament to use the digital leaderboard, powered by GEMTour.
